A: The phone must match the order you placed, it must switch on and off and obtain a mobile phone signal, and it must come complete with battery and battery cover. The phone must not be barred or have been reported lost or stolen.
A: After selecting the phone you wish to trade in and have given us your details you will be able to print out a sheet with your details and our address on it, please keep this for your records. We will then send you a freepost jiffy bag within a couple of days so you can send us the phones. Please note we DO NOT pay for phones lost in the post so please get at least a proof of posting from the post office or use a trackable service such as Recorded delivery / Special delivery.
A: Yes, if your phone is not listed but you believe it to have some value, contact us and we will give you a quote.
